Project overview:

AquaTerra's core offerings of Working at Height (WAH) and Confined Space (CS) have been favourites with our clients since their introduction in 2005 and 2008 respectively.  Over the years, these standard courses have been developed and improved and, due to client demand, have spawned associated courses including  WAH and CS Rescue, Personal Fall Protection Equipment (PFPE) Inspection, Dropped Objects, WAH and CS for Managers, Breathing Apparatus (BA) User and Authorised Gas Tester.

In 2008, one Drilling client requested that we combine the 2 Day Working at Height and Rescue course with the 2 Day Confined Space and Rescue course and enquired whether it would be possible to reduce the course duration.  Following the completion of a course mapping exercise and the removal of any duplicated materials  from the syllabus, it was confirmed  that the combined duration could be reduced from 4 to 3 days.

The 3 day combined WAH, CS and Rescue course was swiftly adopted by other Drilling and Subsea companies, as the course of choice, for all personnel whose duties include WAH and CS or for those managing personnel who were undertaking these operations.
