Personal Fall Protection Equipment Inspection

Personal Fall Protective Equipment (PFPE) and protection systems components need to be properly inspected and maintained to ensure the safety of the user. The user must be able to confidently and competently check the equipment prior to, during and after use, and know how to store equipment properly and carefully.

Candidates will consider inspection regimes, the properties and limitations of equipment materials, how they may be effected, typical damage and defects.
