AquaTerra Gets DNV Approval

August 1st, 2011

Det Norske Veritas ( DNV ) has accredited AquaTerra Solutions with a Category 1 Certificate for Ultrasonic Wall thickness surveying on ships structures. The certificate covers all types and sizes of vessels Classified by the Society.

AquaTerra Managing Director, Pete Robinson, comments: "We continue along our path of accreditation as a measure of our commitment to quality. The latest, DNV accreditation for Hull Thickness Gauging, will allow us to give current and new clients further merit in our service offerings."

DNV is an independent foundation with the purpose of providing global services for managing risk, helping customers to safely and responsibly improve their business performance. Their history goes back to 1864, when the foundation was established in Norway to inspect and evaluate the technical condition of Norwegian merchant vessels.
